The Hunger Games Parody by The Hillywood Show

There have been a lot of Hunger Games parodies that have wound up on the net but The Hillywood Show's parody is the first to be done that really captures the essence of the movie while still being funny. For their video, the Hindi sisters (the brains behind The Hillywood Show) focused on the interviews with Caesar Flickerman before the actual games. Taking on the larger than life Caesar Flickerman is Hilly Hindi while the girl on fire, Katniss Everdeen, is portrayed by her sister Hannah Hindi. The other district tributes and backup dancers join them on stage as the video progresses.

The Hindi sisters adapted Jimmy James' "Fashionista" as the video's song and changed some lyrics to include "Hunger Games" into the chorus. The video along with the song very cleverly captures the lavishness of the Capitol, while still paying tribute to the film.

Enjoy the Hillywood Show's Hunger Games Parody below. I've also posted the 'Making of' video.

  1. Their Foxface looks just like the movie one. I wish this parody was as long as their Twilight ones but its still very good. I'm a fan of all their parodies. :)
