New movie still of the Hulk from The Avengers

Marvel has given us our first real good look at the Hulk from the upcoming movie The Avengers. This is the best photo we have seen of the Hulk's face to date. So what do you think? Does the Hulk look like Mark Ruffalo or is anybody else getting a Jaromir Jagr vibe?
