Megan Fox cast in the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie as April O'Neil?

Michael Bay has posted on his blog that actress Megan Fox has just been cast to be in the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles reboot Ninja Turtles. The film has been on hold for some time now as the studio wanted to take time to rewrite the script but this casting news shows some forward movement that could mean the movie is getting back on track. It is still unknown who Megan Fox has been cast as but most feel a big name as Fox would be up for a leading role. With this in mind one would assume that Fox has been cast as the Turtle's human friend, and News Reporter, April O'Neil.
