Patton Oswalt's Star Wars Episode VII pitch gets an amazing movie poster!

On Wednesday I posted an article that had a video of guest star Patton Oswalt on the show Parks and Recreation where he pitched a story for the upcoming Star Wars Episode VII film. The video can be seen here. Oswalt's story would become the ultimate crossover event in movie history that would collide the worlds of  Star Wars, The Avengers, Fantastic Four, X-Men, Spider-Man, and Clash / Wrath of the Titans. And this would all be inside Star Wars Episode VII.

In light of this amazing scene, artist Jef Castro from Entertainment Weekly created this brilliant movie poster that includes all of the story elements that Oswalt had in his pitch. Fantastic!! The best part is that the movie poster is styled after the cover art to Marvel’s The Infinity Gauntlet which can also be seen below. Well done, Jef Castro!!

Another big thank you to my girlfriend, Jackie, for showing me this fantastic movie poster!

  2. Great, but the female part is massively OVERWRITTEN in Star Wars, and it's getting worse all the time in MCU
