Check out "Z*Con"! A fantastic zombie film that needs your support!

If you are the kind of person who loves attending conventions and loves zombies then there is a group of dedicated filmmakers out there making the perfect movie for you! However, they cannot do it alone and need your help! The film is titled Z*Con and it has created its own Indiegogo campaign to gain supporters. But first lets find out what Z*Con is all about.

"Z*Con is feature length film about four teen podcasters who are trapped at a comic convention when the zombie apocalypse breaks out. They use social media to share what’s going on inside with the outside world. It’s kind of like “Goonies” meets “Shaun of the Dead” set in…well….a comic convention. 

Oh...and 100% of the net proceeds from this film will go to charity!"

This sounds like an awesome concept and its probably something all convention goers have thought about. I'm excited to see what they can do with this film and cannot wait to see it! Plus the fact that all net proceeds are going to charity is fantastic!
 

You can become a contributor of the film for just $5 and get some pretty great "prizes" the more you contribute. For $5 you will receive a digital copy of the film and see all of the updates for the film as production goes on. From there the prizes get pretty cool. You'll be able tog et things like naming the virus in the film, actually be in the film itself and have a speaking role, or even name a character! You could also get a signed copy of the Z*Con "Making of" Book (which has 100+ full color pages of concept art, candid and professional photos, the complete shooting script, and more) or even get an Associative Producer title in the credits among other things.

The best thing of all though is that "every contributor will get an invitation to be an extra in our film when we begin filming in June 2014."
