Gotham casts actress Jessica Lucas as Tigress!

TV Line is reporting that Tigress will be an enforcer for her brother Leo, being played by James Frain, who is "a billionaire industrialist hell-bent on taking over Gotham". Tigress seems like she'll be a different kind of villain from her brother as she'll take pleasure in the chaos that she brings Gotham. She is being described as "sexy and violent" and will be wielding a bull whip! (Who knows maybe Selena will steal it from her to use later on as Catwoman.)
Gotham Season 2 will air on September 21, 2015 at 8PM ET on FOX.
