It's bikinis, hot tubs, and blood in the 8 minute sneak peek video of MTV's Scream TV series.

MTV's new Scream TV series is set to premiere next week and to excite fans they have released the first 8 minutes of the first episode!

The new series opens similarly to the 1996 Scream film where we see a young girl murdered in her own home. However, this time they have substituted Drew Barrymore for Bella Thorne (The Duff, Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day) and have thrown in some more sex appeal. (No surprise there.) This sneak peek video also shows you the new ghost mask that replaces the iconic 1990's "Ghostface" mask from the original film.
MTV's Scream will premiere on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at 10pm.
