New promotional art for the CW's Arrow hints at Green Lantern!

Fans watching and listening closely during season 3 of the CW's Arrow may have caught several hints that Green Lantern, or at least Hal Jordan, could be making an appearance in the show. If nothing else the show at least eluded to the fact that he is out there. I vaguely remember production saying how they couldn't actually bring him into the show but a new piece of promotional art drops some not so subtle references toward Green Lantern.

The piece of art is for advertisement for Coast City where the DC character Hal Jordon is from. (Hal of course eventually becomes a Green Lantern in the comics.) Then reading the slogan on the advertisement you'll see that it is a play on the Green Lantern oath. It just changes a few words to make it about the city. Very interesting.

Green Lantern Oath:
In brightest day, in blackest night, No evil shall escape my sight. Let those who worship evil's might, Beware my power, Green Lantern's light!

Do you think that we'll simply be seeing Hal as himself before he becomes a Green Lantern since Green Lantern cannot appear on the show?
