Harrison Ford speaks about returning to Star Wars and what we can expect from Han Solo in The Force Awakens.

With Star Wars: The Force Awakens quickly approaching, Entertainment Weekly has been releasing some amazing photos and interviews with the cast. Their newest issue features an interview with actor Harrison Ford who has returned to the iconic role of Han Solo.

In the interview Ford speaks about stepping back into the role and what fans can expect from the smuggler they grew to love in the original trilogy.
"“No, there’s not an abandoning of the character. He does not aspire to the position of Obi-‘Ben’ Kenobi, nor do I aspire to be some New Age Alec Guinness. His development is consistent with the character, and there are emotional elements which have occasioned his growth.”
“We spend a lot more time [in the movie] on his failure to master basic skills, like accounting. And accounting for his own behavior. There’s a lot of the rogue still left in Solo. Some things don’t change.”"
I know that I for one am extremely excited to see what Han Solo brings to this new film. Ford states that some things don't change but we can see in the trailers that some things do (looking at his proclamation that "its all true". Are you excited for Han Solo's return?
