A new clip has emerged from Fox's hit show Gotham and it features a fan favorite character along with a newcomer to the show. The clip has Doctor Hugo Strange meeting with Penguin at Arkham Asylum and as the conversation rolls along you can see that Strange is trying to egg Penguin on.
