New photo from Star Trek Beyond shows Kirk in a bit of trouble.

A new photo for Star Trek Beyond has surfaced thanks to Entertainment Weekly. The new photo features James T. Kirk (actor Chris Pine) being picked up and choked by a new alien villain in what appears to be a starship. Perhaps the Enterprise?

Star Trek Beyond will be in theaters on July 22, 2016.
