Alien: Covenant trailer brings horror and suspense back into space.

It was certainly a holiday treat to wake up this morning and find out that 20th Century Fox had released the first official trailer for the upcoming film Alien: Covenant. This film will bridge the gap between Prometheus and the rest of the Alien franchise and it looks absolutely amazing. From the looks of this trailer, Ridley Scott will be bringing back the fantastic suspense from Alien and Aliens and I for one am incredibly excited for this film.

"Ridley Scott returns to the universe he created, with ALIEN: COVENANT, a new chapter in his groundbreaking ALIEN franchise. The crew of the colony ship Covenant, bound for a remote planet on the far side of the galaxy, discovers what they think is an uncharted paradise, but is actually a dark, dangerous world. When they uncover a threat beyond their imagination, they must attempt a harrowing escape."
