First set photos of Alicia Vikander as Lara Croft from the upcoming Tomb Raider reboot surface.

Shooting has started in South Africa on the film reboot for Tomb Raider and the first set photos of Swedish actress Alicia Vikander as Lara Croft have began to surface. I have to say that Vikander looks amazing as Lara and I am excited to see what this film will bring to it's fans.

"The new film will revolve around a young Lara who goes on her first archaeological adventure to follow in her father's footsteps."

It appears that the film will still be inspired by the 2013 video game reboot for the franchise which I think is great. Check out the great set photos of Alicia Vikander  as Lara Croft below.
